The Business Consultant role is focused on the business side and close collaboration with customer planning teams. In parallel, the Technical Consultant role focuses on the technical layer of RELEX environments, including system configuration, data integration, stability, and performance. The role sits close to the system but remains strongly connected to its business impact.

Business Consultant

As part of our local expansion in Finland, we are looking for a Business Consultant to work closely with customers on RELEX-based planning environments, supporting both implementation and long-term improvement. This is a delivery-focused consulting role, centered on ownership, collaboration, and measurable impact.

What you’ll do

As a Business Consultant at re:innovation, you will work directly with customer teams and internal consultants to ensure that planning environments are aligned with business realities and continue to improve over time.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to RELEX-related consulting and implementation projects across demand, supply, and inventory planning

• Supporting and refining RELEX setups throughout the project lifecycle and post go-live

• Translating business needs into functional system behavior and planning logic

• Participating in workshops and working sessions with business and planning teams

• Supporting customers in improving planning accuracy and operational performance

• Acting as a long-term partner focused on sustainable results, not one-off delivery

We are looking for a Technical Consultant to support RELEX-based planning environments, with a strong focus on system behavior, data quality, and technical performance. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working close to the system and close to the business.

What you’ll do

As a Technical Consultant at re:innovation, you will work on the technical backbone of planning environments, ensuring stability, accuracy, and scalability.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working hands-on with RELEX environments during implementation and post go-live

• Supporting system configuration, data integration, validation, and troubleshooting

• Analyzing data flows, master data, and planning outputs

• Identifying technical and data-related issues and supporting their resolution

• Working closely with Business Consultants to turn planning logic into robust setups

• Helping customers improve performance and reliability of their RELEX environments over time

• Documenting configurations, decisions, and improvements clearly and pragmatically

How you’ll work

You will work closely with customer planning and IT teams, as well as internal delivery consultants. The focus is on solving real issues and building systems that remain stable as the business evolves, not just on closing tasks or tickets.
