RELEX LIVE Bucharest returns in 2026 for its second edition, bringing back to the Romanian market an event dedicated to retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and supply chain professionals working with planning, forecasting, and execution challenges. The event, organized by RELEX Solutions together with re:innovation, will take place on June 17, 2026, at The Marmorosch Hotel in Bucharest, continuing the local RELEX LIVE series after a well‑received first edition.
The first edition of RELEX LIVE Bucharest gathered over 100 participants from retailers, distributors, and manufacturing companies across Romania. The event created space for open discussions around demand planning, supply chain volatility, forecasting accuracy, and execution challenges - topics that continue to be top-of-mind for the industry.
What stood out most was not the size, but the depth of engagement and the quality of the conversations: practical questions, honest exchange of experiences, and a clear appetite for learning from real implementations, not theory. The feedback confirmed one thing: there is a strong need in the local market for events that go beyond product demos and focus on how planning decisions are actually executed in real organizations.
This positive response set the foundation for moving forward with a second edition - deeper, more focused, and even more connected to current business realities.

What RELEX LIVE Bucharest 2026 aims to deliver
The 2026 edition continues the same philosophy. RELEX LIVE is not built as a product showcase, but as a working session for professionals navigating increasingly complex planning environments.
Throughout the day, participants will hear from industry experts, RELEX and re:innovation specialists and customers who are willing to talk openly about what works, what doesn’t, and what changes when companies move from fragmented planning to an integrated, data-driven approach. The focus remains on demand planning, supply chain optimization, and the role technology and AI play in supporting better decisions - not as abstract concepts, but as operational realities.
Just as important, the event creates time and space for conversation. Between sessions, the dialogue continues: comparing notes, challenging assumptions, and learning from peers facing similar constraints across different organizations.
Strengthening a local planning community
Part of what makes RELEX LIVE Bucharest important is its local relevance. While RELEX LIVE is a global event series, each city edition reflects the maturity, challenges, and priorities of its market.
For re:innovation, organizing and supporting this second edition is about more than hosting an event. It is about contributing to the development of a local community around advanced planning practices - one that values experience, transparency, and long-term capability building over quick fixes.
As planning teams across Romania face growing pressure from volatility, cost constraints, and higher service-level expectations, the need for shared learning becomes even more critical. RELEX LIVE Bucharest is designed to support exactly that.
RELEX Live Bucharest x re:innovation: Agenda and speakers
RELEX LIVE Bucharest 2026 brings together speakers from technology, consulting, and business leadership, reflecting the full spectrum of perspectives involved in planning and execution today. The agenda combines expert insights from RELEX Solutions with implementation experience from re:innovation and practical viewpoints from customer organizations.
Among the confirmed speakers is Michael Falck, Co‑Founder of RELEX Solutions, whose keynote will address the broader shifts taking place in demand and supply chain planning, as organizations move toward more integrated, data‑driven decision‑making. From the local partner perspective, Bogdan Gross, CEO and Co‑Founder of re:innovation, will speak about the importance of true partnership in planning transformations and the role collaboration plays in delivering long‑term results.
Customer experience is represented by Timo Danilov, Board Member at Magnum AS, who will share insights from the user side, offering a real‑world perspective on planning challenges and outcomes. Additional customer presentations are scheduled throughout the afternoon, further grounding discussions in practical application rather than theory.
The agenda also includes sessions led by RELEX and re:innovation consultants working directly with planning teams. Vladimir Grigorjev, Field Presales Principal at RELEX Solutions, and Adrian Toma, Head of Business Consultancy at re:innovation, will moderate a Retail Super User roundtable focused on forecasting and replenishment challenges, their implications, and practical approaches to success. An inside view of implementation work will be presented by Tiberiu Stan, PMO at re:innovation, addressing what actually happens during a planning project once decisions move into execution.
The day opens and closes with Andra Palade, Head of Business Development and Marketing at re:innovation, who will host the event, frame the discussions, and conclude the day with key takeaways from the sessions. While the overall structure and key contributors are confirmed, the agenda remains a work in progress. Additional session details and customer speakers will be announced progressively, with updates published regularly on the official event page.
The day continues into the evening with Drinks & Networking, scheduled between 5:30 PM and 8:30 PM, offering participants an informal setting to extend the conversations started during the sessions. The evening networking event is designed as a relaxed continuation of the day, giving attendees the opportunity to connect with speakers, peers, and industry professionals in a less structured environment, exchange perspectives, and build relationships beyond the conference room.
RELEX LIVE Bucharest 2026 will take place on June 17, 2026, at The Marmorosch Hotel in Bucharest. Participation is free for professionals working in retail, FMCG, manufacturing, and supply chain roles.
