For re:innovation, 2026 didn’t start with big announcements or flashy headlines. Within just a few weeks, the re:innovation team took part in two important RELEX Solutions events: RELEX Live Tallinn and RELEX SKO 2026. Different in size and energy, the two moments came together naturally, helping us balance day-to-day reality with long-term direction.
For the first time, re:innovation’s team joined the global RELEX Solutions Sales Kick-Off, a key yearly moment where product teams, alliances, and partners align around strategy, priorities, and the direction of the ecosystem. Participating in SKO wasn’t just another event on the calendar. It reflected the growing maturity of our partnership with RELEX Solutions and the increasing role re:innovation plays within the partner landscape, especially across Central and Eastern Europe.
Re:innovation at RELEX SKO 2026: alignment and perspective
For re:innovation, SKO was less about big announcements and more about understanding the bigger picture. The yearly gathering brings together teams from across the world - business development, sales, customer success, partners & alliances - all focused on shaping the year ahead. Discussions revolved around how RELEX’s unified planning platform continues to evolve, the increasing need for partners capable of delivering complex implementations end-to-end, and the opportunities emerging across Central and Eastern Europe.
What stood out most was the openness of the conversations. Instead of scripted messaging, there were honest exchanges about what works, where challenges exist, and how collaboration can improve. It reinforced something we’ve felt throughout the past year: our role within the partner ecosystem is growing, not only as a delivery partner, but as a strategic contributor helping shape long-term value.
RELEX SKO 2026 dedicated significant focus to the broader trends and challenges shaping the industries RELEX and its partners serve. Across multiple sessions, the conversation centered on how supply chains continue to transform under increasing volatility, rising customer expectations, and pressure for operational efficiency. Retailers and manufacturers alike are moving away from fragmented planning towards more integrated, end-to-end decision-making — a shift where advanced forecasting, automation, and real-time responsiveness are no longer optional, but essential.
A recurring theme was the growing role of AI in enabling this transformation. RELEX highlighted how machine-learning-driven forecasting, automated replenishment, and capacity optimization are helping organizations manage complexity at scale, from store-level execution to network-wide planning. Rather than positioning AI as a future ambition, RELEX SKO 2026 clearly demonstrated how these capabilities are already embedded in day-to-day operations, supporting smarter decisions, faster reactions, and more resilient supply chains for both retailers and producers.
SKO also served as a moment to reflect on RELEX’s recent achievements and product evolution. The sessions showcased strong business results, customer success stories, and key deals won across global markets, reinforcing the relevance and maturity of the RELEX platform. Particular attention was given to the continuous expansion of the solution portfolio, including product updates delivered over the past year and early 2026. Among the highlights was the acquisition of IDA by RELEX - now integrated as RELEX Fresh- further strengthening capabilities in fresh food planning, forecasting, and execution, an area of critical importance for modern retail and supply chains.

Strengthening our strategic presence in the Baltics
Before stepping into the global conversations at SKO, part of our team spent an intense and energising week in Tallinn for RELEX Live Tallinn 2026, where re:innovation was proud to participate as the main partner of the event. The atmosphere was practical, open, and focused on the realities of implementation - a space where industry professionals could exchange honest insights about planning challenges, AI-driven transformation, and the evolving expectations placed on modern supply chains.
Beyond the event itself, Tallinn gave us the opportunity to spend valuable time with several of our customers. Visiting partners like Selver AS, Magnum AS, and Maag Food reminded us why face-to-face interaction still matters. These conversations went beyond project updates; they helped us understand real operational challenges, exchange ideas, and reinforce the impact of a well-structured implementation approach built on trust and collaboration.
Over the past year, we have significantly expanded our footprint across Europe, with the Baltics, and Estonia in particular, becoming a strategic hub for our operations. Thanks to the region’s advanced digital ecosystem and strong retail innovation culture, Estonia is now a cornerstone of our growth strategy. To better serve our expanding customer base, re:innovation has strengthened its presence in Estonia by building a dedicated team of Estonia.
re:innovation’s road ahead
Both RELEX Live Tallinn 2026 and RELEX SKO 2026 offered complementary lessons. Tallinn reminded us that real impact comes from execution - strong teams, clear communication, and staying close to customers’ operational realities. SKO reinforced the importance of strategic alignment and long-term vision, showing how our work fits into the evolving RELEX ecosystem and global supply chain trends. Together, they underscored that success comes from combining practical delivery with strategic insight, balancing what works on the ground with where the industry is heading.
Looking ahead, re:innovation will continue to focus on delivering high-quality results for our clients, expanding our capabilities where it adds real value, and strengthening our presence in the RELEX community. In 2026, we plan to participate in several key events across Europe, including partner conferences, industry forums, and customer workshops - all designed to share insights, explore innovations, and build stronger collaborations for the year ahead.
The first half of the year includes RELEX Live Helsinki on 10 March, Poland & CEE Retail Summit on 14 & 15 April, and RELEX Live Warsaw on 28 May. Last, but certainly not least, will be RELEX Live Bucharest on 17 June - the second edition, bigger and even more insightful than the first. With a packed calendar of events ahead and multiple projects underway, re:innovation is ready to turn insight into impact, ideas into action, and partnerships into results.
