Alina Gabriela Stanciu joined the re:innovation team as a Project Manager, bringing over five years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on IT and supply chain initiatives.

Throughout her career, Gabriela has led end‑to‑end projects across areas such as ERP, system integrations, process automation, and operational optimization. She is experienced in managing the full project lifecycle -from requirements definition and planning to delivery and go‑live - working closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders in Agile and Waterfall environments.

Prior to joining re:innovation, Gabriela worked at Leroy Merlin, where she was responsible for Supply Chain Reporting and Cross‑Dock Flow Management. In this role, she coordinated logistics flows, monitored supply chain performance, and collaborated extensively with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams. Her work contributed to cost optimization, improved delivery timelines, and more efficient operational processes.
