Alona Miciula joined re:innovation as part of our growing team in Poland, bringing over 12 years of experience in Supply Chain and Logistics. She has a strong background in supply chain planning and planning systems, with hands‑on expertise gained across different industries.

Earlier in her career, Alona worked as a Supply Chain and Demand Planner in e‑commerce, where she built practical experience using RELEX Solutions in real operational environments. This foundation was further strengthened in the metal packaging manufacturing industry, where she was responsible for the support, implementation, and upgrade of planning systems, including production scheduling tools and the organization’s S&OP planning system.

In her previous roles, Alona worked closely with international teams, providing user support and delivering training to help colleagues across multiple countries effectively use and adopt planning solutions. Her ability to combine technical understanding with clear communication makes her a valuable bridge between systems, processes, and people.

At re:innovation, Alona contributes her deep planning expertise and hands‑on approach to supporting complex supply chain projects, helping clients build robust, scalable planning processes that work across borders and teams.
